When the news of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s premature death broke out on June 14 afternoon, many of us may have wished 2020 not to have occurred at all. Rajput was believed to have committed suicide, as per the initial police reports that left the entire nation in shock and misery. It was only a week after his ex-manager, Disha Salian committed suicide by jumping off a Mumbai building. Sushant responded as ‘devastating news to Disha’s death as he is supposed to have selected the same path as hers.

From the medical reports and anti-depressant medications found from his house, the police confirmed that he was suffering from depression. The country is already dealing with a pandemic condition and related lockdown limitations. At this time, the news of his passing away is too severe to be accepted. Apart from his acting career, the guy was an entrepreneur and built his career in business. Many entrepreneurs might get inspired by his stories. Today, we will talk about that only.  

He was an entrepreneur

Sushant founded three companies founded in 2 years. He deliberately named one after a close friend and another intended to work on precautionary healthcare and malnourishment. It was pointed to a man looking forward to an optimistic future ahead, not somebody intrigue to end his own life. 

Sushant Singh Rajput was an actor by profession and an astrophysics enthusiast by passion. The physicist in Sushant Singh Rajput endured ever strong even as he delivered remarkable performances as a thespian. He was a National Physics Olympiad winner and seventh rank holder in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE). Sushant often used to gaze at the heavenly bodies through a telescope fixedly. He had such a love for space that he had even bought a piece of land on the moon from the International Lunar Lands Registry. On the far side of the moon in a region, it is called the Sea of Muscovy. However, it might not amount to legal ownership for an international agreement that calls the heavenly body common manhood inheritance.

But little did the world know that Sushant was also a promising entrepreneur. He had his fingers in many things expertise. Sushant started his career in acting from the small screen. He is remembered for his true-to-life depiction of former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni on the silver screen. Over the past few years, he has delivered strong characters in movies, including Kai Po Che, Chhichhore, and Sonchiriya. The rising star of the silver screen kept his charm for stars in the heaven alive.

Science and technology inspired Sushant co-founded three companies where he was also a director. One dealt with opportunities like virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence, and amplified reality. His other worked in the field of computer sciences. His third start-up was a non-profit organization that focuses on health and social work. According to Ministry of Corporate Affairs records, he was listed as a director in three companies by the name, mind you, Sushant Singh. The Rajput suffix was missing from his director documentation number 08121145.

His first company was Innsaei Ventures. It was founded in May 2018. The word, Innsaei, is the Icelandic word for intuition. The company works on multiple verticals, such as health and wellness, movies, cultivation, education, VR, intellectual property, and AR. The company was intellectualized to maximize the probability of technological inventions and distribute its welfares among the wider population. 

Innsaei Ventures is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. It has its head office in Gurugram. The company has a waged capital of Rs. 1 lakh. Apart from Sushant, the board of the company has co-founders Saurabh Mishra and Varun Mathur.

Sushant’s second firm is Vividrage Rhealityx, which combined the name of a close friend, Rhea Chakraborty. He was also a director of the company. The company was set up in September 2019, a year after Innsaei. Apart from Sushant, the company’s board includes his friend Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Shouvik Chakraborty. According to its business shards, its business is related to Mixed Reality, Artificial Intelligence, exponential technology, and experimental technology in India and worldwide. Sushant had deposited more than Rs 1 lakh in the company as paid-up capital. The company is headquartered in Mumbai. 

The late actor was also part of Front India for World Foundation. It is a non-profit that started earlier this year. The organization was assimilated on January 6, 2020. According to the late actor’s memorandum of association, this organization planned to abolish poverty, hunger, and malnutrition. It also encourages healthcare, like sanitation and preventive health care. Shouvik, Sushant’s colleague from the Vividrage Rhealityx board, is also connected with Front India for the World Foundation board.

In 2017, Sushant took the inventiveness of sponsoring education for deprived school students. His team worked on selecting a group of schools, and they took a merit test of the children. If the children pass the exam, they took care of their education costs for a year. Sushant Singh Rajput shared it while once speaking to Hindustan Times. The students had to take the exam every year to succeed for the sponsorship, which, according to him, would have made the procedure more modest and exciting for the students.

He was a philanthropist too

The late actor was praised for donating Rs.1 crore for the Kerala flood survivors in 2018 on behalf of a fan. Subsequently, he won many hearts when he contributed Rs.1.25 crore to the flood-ravaged Nagaland in 2018.

Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio of Nagaland took to the help of Twitter to express his gratitude towards the actor. He said that he was moved by the kind movement made by Sushant Singh Rajput and his team towards Nagaland floods and inclination to help Nagaland at the critical time. The chief minister also said that Sushant’s contribution was inspiring, and he hoped to see the rest of the country come forward generously to help Nagaland.

Sushant Singh Rajput was a self-made man who started his career on TV and eventually became a star. He was a real gem, which also aspired to get success in entrepreneurship. His life came to an end too early, but his struggle and his journey to make himself a strong-minded man will always be remembered. Many entrepreneurs might get inspired by his story and can achieve their dreams with honesty and intellect.
